CONTACTING THE CUTTING BALL BOX OFFICE
The box office does not maintain regular hours. Most questions can be answered via email, and tickets may be purchased online. We cannot accept phone reservations for single tickets. Season Members may call the phone number listed on the season membership card to make reservations.
If you require phone assistance, please leave a message at (415) 525-1205. Your call will be returned within 48 hours.

Cutting Ball Theater operates on a dynamic pricing model. Single ticket costs are subject to change without notice. Purchase your tickets early for the best prices.
* Student Rush tickets are available 30 minutes before every performance excluding the gala opening (October 28). These tickets are $15 cash only, and are subject to availability.
** Group discounts are available to parties of 10 or more. Please see below for information about group sales.
WILL CALL
There are no physical tickets for performances at The Cutting Ball Theater.
When tickets are purchased online through Brown Paper Tickets, the name of the purchaser will be automatically added to Cutting Ball’s Ticket/Will Call List. The person who purchased the tickets can claim them at the door with valid ID.
WALK UPS
Brown Paper Tickets will sell tickets up to 1 hour before the performance. Remaining tickets will be sold to walk-up patrons one half hour before the show begins. Please call 415-525-1205 to find out if tickets are still available on the day of a performance.
SEATING
Seating is general admission, with a small number of seats reserved for Season Members.
Because of the intimate size of our performance space, there is NO late seating at the Cutting Ball Theater. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment. There will be no refunds for late arrivals.
The lobby will open 30 minutes before the performance, and the house will open 15 minutes before the performance.
TICKET RELEASE
Unclaimed reservations will be released 5 minutes prior to the start of the show.
REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final. No refunds.
